StrongER Seniors class is a continuation of progression from Strong Seniors and for those with some knowledge of resistance training. Not for beginners. Studies show that weight-bearing exercises stimulate bone growth, burn calories and increase fitness levels. You will be in the Workout Studio using weights, body weight, bands and aerobic exercise in this program to help you reach your goal. Learning to use proper form, breathing techniques and full range of motion to increase flexibility will make you feel stronger and more energized. (Intermediate/Advanced)
